When purchasing or servicing debt, Axiom is focused on diligently following through with our commitment to deploying a thoughtful and thorough Compliance Management System every day. We pride ourselves in staying ahead of any potential change in legislation that impacts our industry, consistently making certain the team is in strict adherence to all applicable rules and regulations. Our Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional, responsible for establishing and maintaining our Compliance Management System and enforcing compliance policies, rules and regulations.
Our CCO works directly with our General Counsel, as well as through various industry associations to stay up to date on all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Our Compliance Management System is anchored by PowerDMS, and our Leadership Team focuses on the following Process to ensure adherence to all required policies, procedures, and training:

In support of The Axiom Group’s Compliance Management System, we are in the process of developing an online Customer Service Center which will allow our customers to speak directly to us, contact our regulators, or find educational material that may assist them with their account(s). We are confident that this addition will assist us in continuing to deliver the best in class compliant customer experience we can provide.
