Jae Heinberg is an entrepreneur who specializes in the development of niche market companies.
He is known for being an early adopter, identifying opportunity and being on the forefront of an industry.
In 1993, Jae founded BVG, Inc. which specializes in luxury developments.
In 2011, Jae founded Axiom Resources, a low-cost debt recovery company designed to restore fiscal stability to the Community Association Industry. His hands-on involvement with Axiom Resources identified a need in the Receivables Management Industry and led to the formation of Axiom Acquisitions Ventures in 2017, with his partner, Roger Knauf.

Roger Knauf started his career in the consumer receivables industry in 1979. Since then, he has built five successful asset recovery companies. He co-founded Fourscore Resource Capital, LLC in 1996, which was one of the nation’s largest debt purchasers. From 1996 and 2005, he was responsible for the acquisition and management of over $12 Billion in consumer receivables.
From 1980 to 1998, Knauf was an active member of the American Collectors Association and served on the BOD of the Wisconsin and Minnesota Collectors Association. Knauf was one of the charter members of the Debt Buyers' Association (now known as RMAi), and served as Executive Director of DBA. Roger is currently the majority owner of Full Circle Financial, and a managing partner of Axiom Acquisition Ventures.

Kendall has established expertise in business modeling, planning, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis. Combined with his capabilities in SEC reporting and SOX compliance has primed him for leadership roles with Axioms finance and accounting teams. Prior to The Axiom Group, Cummings was Vice President of Finance for Lennar Homes and Ashton Woods Homes and worked in the construction/homebuilding industry for nearly a decade. His early career included operational auditing within the retail industry and management in public companies.

Gary has enjoyed 35 years in revenue recovery, holding senior level positions with some of the industry's leaders including GE Capital, Computer Sciences Corporation and Sallie Mae- where he helped pioneer Arrow Global, ultimately diversifying into 32 countries with £16B under management. During his two decades in portfolio acquisition, Gary has been personally involved with the purchase of over 600 portfolios.
In addition to his 'corporate' background, Gary has also been an active entrepreneur in the collections industry. He has started, managed and ultimately sold 6 revenue related companies including a collection agency, a medical billing service, a collection staffing firm and most recently an online payment negotiation portal- Payline Direct/eResolve was sold to Experian in 2016.

Johnny has spent the last 26 years in the highly competitive wireless infrastructure industry. At his previous company, he developed strategic partnerships, which led to a very successful liquidity event, allowing them to create a new company with approximately double the valuation.
Johnny’s expertise in management and growth of the wireless infrastructure, coupled with over a decade of successfully investing and developing commercial real estate projects, brings unique skills to The Axiom Group's strategic growth.

Having served as an Executive Business Director while leading non-profit organizations like the Receivables Management Association, Inc. (RMAI), Ryan brings to The Axiom Group a depth of expertise in business development, financial management, vendor management, operations management and marketing.
Ryan’s strong management skills were developed while serving as a Senior Vice President with Association Management Group, where he was instrumental in building and directing a book of business with over $2 Million in annual management fees. His leadership delivers the streamlining and improving of processes, enhancing productivity and delivering solutions.

Jennifer Sesta brings over 20 years of legal experience to The Axiom Group, with a concentration in creditor rights, collection, real property and contract law. Prior to joining The Axiom Group, Jennifer was staff counsel for Midland Credit Management. Jennifer also spent over a decade at a large creditor rights firm, working her way up to partner.
As General Counsel, Jennifer provides oversight of the company's external legal network and developed a new statutory monitoring system in those states in which we operate. She also manages and streamlines contract agreements, and consistently updates templates to reflect legal best practices and company standard operating procedures.

Holly has tenured with Jae Heinberg, since 1999, most recently as Project Director, where she led teams to obtain regulatory project approvals, budget preparation, scheduling, association management, design, construction, quality assurance, and sales and marketing.
Holly transitioned onto the Axiom Acquisition Ventures team in 2018 and extrapolated her skill set to the debt buying sector, where she works with the Senior Managing Directors to facilitate new lending opportunities/partnerships, and to develop the company’s vision and strategy for delivering robust shareholder value. She ensures AAV’s strong reputation is upheld by demonstrating consistent and clear communication with investors, with accurate reporting systems and topical analysis of results to all investors. Further, Holly works with legal counsel to manage partnership documentation and deal structure accuracy for AAV’s multiple special purpose entities.

Matt Dion brings 20 years of experience and expertise in the consumer receivables industry to The Axiom Group. With a strong and strategic focus in compliance, client relations, training and development, Matt has a proven track record of success in 3rd party accounts receivable management.
Matt began his career as a debt collector in Massachusetts and continued to progress into leadership roles with several leading revenue recovery firms, both domestic and off-shore. His notable, professional ability has aided him in managing five successful agencies and numerous client relationships.
As Chief Operating Officer, Matt is responsible for implementing collection strategies, working closely with clients as well as managing the day-to-day operations.
